Rob Stephens
Director & Solicitor
A solicitor with over 20 years' experience in legal practice, I started my career in criminal law before moving to focus on residential conveyancing.
We started the firm with a clear mission to provide our clients with a personal legal service that makes the complicated simple.
I head up the firm with Daniel Wilmot and I am responsible for the development and implementation of our key strategic plans, ensuring our teams deliver the best service to our clients.
Daniel Wilmot
Director & Solicitor
Daniel has a wealth of experience. He deals with all types of residential property matters as well as commercial property transactions. Daniel's specialties include new build and residential development transactions, land acquisition and disposal, options and conditional contracts and overage agreements.
Daniel’s approach entails coupling a clear understanding of his clients’ requirements with the technical know-how required to get things done.
He is known for his ability to deliver to clients’ schedules no matter how tight
Emma Selfridge

I have worked as a Conveyancing Solicitor for over 2 decades throughout South Wales, Newport & Cardiff. I act on properties in both England & Wales. My experience has given me a wealth of knowledge & enables me to be one of the best at what I do. In my spare time I work on my conveyancing & property BLOG pro bono. This BLOG gives essential advice & insights on conveyancing issues & aims to be a go to guide for anyone in the profession and the buying, selling, & remortgaging public. I aim to provide exceptional client service at a competitive price in the fast-paced field of conveyancing and to be the premier South Wales Property Solicitor.

I qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in July 2003. I completed my training whilst working for a large firm of Solicitors in Newport where I gained invaluable experience in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including residential sales, purchases and remortgages of both freehold and leasehold property, equity release, shared ownership and new build. Throughout my career I have headed a Conveyancing Department and since joining Stephens Wilmot I have been promoted to Director.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and walks with my dog.

I am the Training Manager and Conveyancing supervisor here at SWS. I have been in the legal industry for over 20 years with many of those years being in conveyancing as a Conveyancer. I am a qualified Manager and Leader and I also Head up the Training department, I enjoy working along side my colleagues and helping them with their training needs. I have previously been responsible for training a team of 18 Junior Conveyancers and I look forward to bringing those skills into my role here.
In my spare time I love to spend time with my family and fur babies.

Hello, my name is Lisa, and I am the Accounts Manager for Stephens Wilmot Limited.
I have been in the Legal Industry for over 30 years and have worked with a range of Law Firms during that time.
I am responsible for ensuring all transactions within the firm are processed accurately in line with the Solicitors Regulations Authority guidelines.
My free time is spent with family and friends and my 2 crazy spaniels.
